My name is Nagi and I'm a freelance Talent Manager and Personal Assistant (PA).I provide Time Management, Branding advice, Tech Support and many more things for my clients!I'm a former VTuber who decided to shift focus to do Management which I have been working as since October 2023.I speak German and English and also live in Germany which is why my timezone is CEST/CEWT.My hobbies include Papercraft and cuddling with my cat ♡

Management ServiceIndividually tailored service. For established but small VTubers and creators who are looking for some assistance. Voice chat meeting every 2 weeks (Text meetings are also possible).
Might include:Communications, Time Management, Collab Management, Branding / Career Guidance, Social Media Assistance, Emotional Support (Always included) and more.
One time CounselingIncludes similar Services as Management Service but only for one month.
For small VTubers who are not sure yet how to grow as a content creator. Two sessions for up to 7h.
Pre-Debut VTuber SupportIndividually tailored service. For VTubers who need help with Debut preperations. 1-3 months before debut and 1 week after debut. At least 3 voice chat meetings (text meetings are also possible). Possible to add more hours if needed.
Might include:Communications, Time Management, Collab Management, Branding / Career Guidance, Social Media Assistance, Emotional Support (Always included) and more.
Additional Service: Tech SupportIndividually tailored service,
might include:Troubleshooting, system optimizing and help with hardware upgrades.(This service is only available if you’re a client already.

Q: I'm new as a VTuber. Can you help me grow?
A: I usually don't work with VTubers who only started recently. That's because you first need to make your first steps on your own as a content creator before I can even offer you any valuable advice.
Every person learns at a different speed but I usually take people in after 6+ month of VTubing experience.Q: What are your strengths as a Manager?
A: As a Manager I offer more "Idol"-VTuber services instead of "Gaming"-VTuber ones. This means my work is focused on branding and special events to help my clients identify their niches. Putting together bigger events which include multiple people and managing schedules is an easy task for me.Q: Can I also hire you to make thumbnails and clips?
A: I'm also skilled at making Thumbnails to which you can find some examples in my Portfolio. However I usually only offer training courses for my clients to learn how to make thumbnails for their own content. I can also give some advice on clips but I wouldn't say I'm well skilled with editing software.Q: Do you also offer data analysis?
A: I don't offer data analysis in any form anymore as I realized that focusing on numbers can cause a lot of stress for small VTubers. In most cases there isn't even enough data to offer any helpful information whatsoever. Instead I focus on personal success, encourage my clients to do what feels right to them and to interact more with their communities.Q: I'm not sure if you'd be the right Manager for me... Do you know other Managers I could work with?
A: Yes, of course! Not every Manager and VTuber are a perfect fit for each other and I understand that I might not offer the services you're looking for. There is a big community out there with many Managers that'd be happy to work with you. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more!

I am not here to do 100% of the work and have you fully rely on me but instead we work as a team as I guide you on how to manage your career.Roles and Responsibilities
I will provide representation, management, and promotional services for you.By hiring me, I will expect you to follow my guidance, and maintain a professional image while working together. Should you cause public/private problems I am allowed to stop service with you early on by my discretion.Communication and Transparency
I will maintain open and timely communication with you regarding your career and opportunities.In return, you must keep me informed about your schedule, content plans, and any potential conflicts.I may use VTubers' likenesses, images, and content for promotional and marketing purposes, such as displaying all your information on my Portfolio Page.Payment Guideline
You acknowledge that the agreed-upon payment for the services is non-refundable.
The payment terms, including monthly rate and method of payment, will be agreed upon before work is started.
I only accept payment full upfront based on what the current rate is.
